Development is a continuous process of first questioning common sense and then being curious enough to see if there is another approach. At Iino Manufacturing, we have developed creative products by acting proactively and autonomously based on our belief in our founding philosophy.
We will continue to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and grow as an indispensable presence in the automotive industry.

Greeting
For more than half a century since its establishment, Iino Manufacturing has been striving to create corporate value by embracing various challenges to drive the development of the automotive industry. Currently, the environment surrounding the automotive industry is undergoing a period of great change, and more environmentally-friendly technologies are required, such as the development of EVs and hydrogen vehicles to achieve decarbonization.
In this respect, we are aiming to be a "Sustainable Development Company" and are actively engaged in product development and new technological development to quickly respond to the needs of our customers and the market.
We are always embracing challenges to create new technologies and new products for the future by integrating existing elemental technologies and new technologies to bring products to the market that will please everyone.
In manufacturing, we also promote environmentally friendly manufacturing using natural energy, etc., with a view to creating a sustainable global environment for the future of our children. The IINO Group has five overseas factories and sales offices, and employees from nine different countries, including Japan. We have already embraced diversity that transcends national boundaries and will continue to create a rewarding and comfortable work environment for everyone working for the IINO Group.
In addition, everyone who works for the IINO Group will never forget the three words: "Dream, Hope, Challenge" while pushing forward confidently in this era of change.

Our universe will expand from gasoline to electric and hydrogen, from automobiles to mobility, and to even wider horizons. To be able to respond to unknown areas and applications, we are constantly opening ourselves up to new opinions, acquiring new technologies, developing new products, and embracing new challenges.
