ISSA was established in 2007 to import and sell automotive parts used in engines and transmissions to mainly American automobile manufacturers and suppliers, as well as to develop the North American market.
Although we are not a large company, our employees are engaged in their daily work with a primary focus on serving our customers.

“Total Customer Satisfaction” is the primary goal of ISSA. With this in mind we are committed to providing our customers with Quality Products or service through continual improvement and by conducting our operations with quality as our main concern.

 

Quality: In order to realize high quality product manufacturing and distribution

  • We ensure that we understand the specification and requirement.
  • We create proper documents and maintain the documents.
  • We train associates to operate the production and distribution.
  • We do not produce defective products, accept defective products nor ship out defective products.
  • We monitor quality of products and system.
  • We take action quickly to correct improper production processes, documentation and behavior.

 

Delivery: In order to meet customer’s delivery requests

  • We ensure that we understand the forecast of the customer.
  • We prepare proper inventory of products and materials.
  • We monitor machine operation rates and human power capacity.
  • We take proper action, if manufacturing capacity is not satisfying customer’s request.

 

Cost performance: In order to meet customer’s cost requirements

  • We eliminate unnecessary work in an effort to use human power effectively.
  • We improve material yield to reduce the material cost.
  • We reduce defective products.
  • We automate production processes as much as possible.
  • We locate and work with high quality and cost effective suppliers.
