We learn a lot every day!
There are some difficult tasks, such as sharpening blades, but I never give up and find it rewarding when a product is finished with blades that I sharpened myself.
In daily production activities, I find it rewarding to work with others in the same workplace to meet deadlines, deliver good products to customers, and reduce defects through improvement activities.
Message to job seekers
I have only been with the company for a short time, but my supervisors and senior staff teach me in a sometimes gentle, sometimes humorous manner.
Also, since there are many people from overseas working at IINO, daily communication is very enjoyable. Why don't you try working at IINO?
