Why not try "monozukuri" (manufacturing) at Iino Manufacturing, making the most of your individual characteristics?
Our routine work includes inspection and measurement of finished products, prototypes, etc., and confirmation of acceptance of inspection reports received from partner companies and our overseas factories.
In addition to these duties, we conduct investigations for defects and quality improvement, prepare various quality-related documents, and perform other tasks as required at any given time.

While maintaining a good sense of urgency, I find it rewarding to work with integrity in order to deliver better products for Iino Manufacturing, and to contribute to productivity and quality improvement, even if only a little.
Message to job seekers
There are many tasks that require cooperation from other departments, but many people teach us things in an easy-going manner and workers from overseas factories who come to Japan for training are very friendly.
Manufacturing products that are the fruits of everyone's work is a source of great joy. Why not try "monozukuri" (manufacturing) at Iino Manufacturing, making the most of your individual characteristics?
